Coinvest Capital, known in Lithuania as Koinvesticinis Fondas, is a pivotal player in the Lithuanian venture capital landscape. Established as a public body by the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, it is managed by UAB Investicijų ir verslo garantijos (INVEGA). Its primary mission is to foster the growth of the venture capital market within Lithuania and enhance the accessibility of funding for innovative and rapidly expanding enterprises. The fund operates on a unique co-investment model, partnering with private investors, including business angels and other venture capital funds, to deploy capital into promising Lithuanian start-ups and companies in their business development and growth phases.

The core of Coinvest Capital's strategy revolves around joint investments, ensuring that the fund invests alongside its private partners on identical terms.
