Construct Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm co-founded in 2020 by Rachel Holt and Dayna Grayson, focusing on technology companies poised to transform the foundational industries of the global economy. Based in Washington, D.C., the firm leverages the deep operational and investment expertise of its partners, with Holt bringing a background from Uber and Grayson from NEA, to identify and support startups in sectors such as supply chain, manufacturing, industrials, infrastructure, energy, real estate, and agriculture.

The firm has demonstrated significant growth in its fundraising efforts since its inception. Construct Capital initially closed its first fund, Fund I, in 2021 with $30 million in committed capital.
